Vacuum plating equipment, as one of the equipment in the film plating industry, should pay attention to some issues in maintenance. Otherwise, improper maintenance will cause immeasurable losses. For the quality of vacuum plating equipment, while ensuring its hygiene, advanced technical requirements should be adopted. For example, the parts in the room should be cleaned with gasoline or alcohol, and then dried before installation.

1. For the quality of vacuum plating equipment, while ensuring its hygiene, advanced technical requirements should be adopted. For example, the parts in the room should be cleaned with gasoline or alcohol, dried and then installed.
2. When using vacuum plating equipment, please ensure that it is properly grounded.
3. When the vacuum plating equipment is operating the compressor, the air pressure needs to be maintained above 0.4MAP, and the accumulated water in the air tank should be discharged frequently, which is beneficial to the maintenance of the equipment.
4. Before starting the vacuum plating equipment, check whether the mechanical rotating parts of various vacuum pumps are operating normally, such as some sealing pumps. When using the equipment, regularly check the oil level and grease to ensure normal operation.
5. After using the equipment, wipe it clean to ensure that there is no dirt inside the equipment, maintain a vacuum to avoid contaminating the vacuum system and affecting performance.
6. Whether it is maintenance or use, the high-pressure micro-switch should be checked frequently to ensure its safety and reliability. If any abnormality is found, it should be replaced immediately.
What are the main characteristics of vacuum plating equipment?
1. The metal film layer obtained by vacuum plating equipment is very thin (generally 0.01~0.1um), and can strictly reproduce the shape of the beer slice surface.
2. The operating voltage is not very high (200V), the operation is convenient, but the equipment is expensive.
3. The evaporation pot and bottle volume are small, the number of electroplating parts is small, and the production efficiency is low.
4. It is only limited to metals (such as aluminum, silver, copper, gold, etc.) with melting points lower than tungsten wire.
5. The surface quality requirements of the parts to be plated are relatively high, and a primer is usually used before electroplating to compensate for surface defects of the workpiece.
